- The bottom line is, RL felt that she no longer fulfilled her obligations, and therefore, it was time for her to move on. This does not suggest that she is unattractive, yes she is. As with most employers, if their requirements are not being met by the employee, they should and will be replaced.

- The bottom line is, she has been employed by RL for a number of years and apparently no longer at 100%. It does not suggest that she is not beautiful, because she is. However, as in any other business if you no longer meet the qualifications, it's time for a change.
